Miami Heat wins the Series!!! Whoo hooooooo!

I haven't followed this game religiously as I have watched La Copa Mundial, but I can say one thing for it: there's going to be a party on Biscayne Blvd, Miami real soon! Last night, Dwayne Wade took the Miami Heat to its first ever NBA win. One would think that Shaquelle O'Neil would have stolen the spotlight but he isn't the Heat's best player. Wade really brought the series home from the opening losses. I learnt about the sport in highschool in Trinidad but never really watched it. Ami is a huge Heat fan. He really wanted the Heat to win. He says that they are very very humble and down-to-earth people...especially Wade. Really, he is so composed.
Whatever they are, I saw a good last quarter last night. So now the party is in party central: Miami....Right on the beach too! Miami will be pure madness when the players come back. I am happy for them.
Many of my customers are Heat fans and they come in and tell me about the game just like I tell them about football. I usually have to read the morning S.Fl Sun-Sentinel to keep up to date on what is happening in the world of sports. My customers are huge sports fans and i figured that if i got them to watch football/soccer (not many american ppl care for soccer) then i should show them the same respect.
In the space of 10 minutes, Ami called me 20 times to tell me the score....like if i wasn't seeing it on the tv=0) then, finally, when they won, it took him almost fifteen minutes to call me. His dad and brother were watching the game too and they had to give their own commentaries.
For me, I am happy the party is coming to Miami. I really like South Florida. It's one of the most multicultural/multiracial population in the world here....just behind New York City. The team is talented and Pat Riley is awesome! I cannot think of anyone who does not like his hot temper and personality. He is very expressive with his emotions. He was so happy last night! Went and hugged all his players.
